Just a few steps short of Gold Medal Park you’ll find Bridgewater Lofts, one of the largest condominium projects in the Mill District neighborhood.
Newly constructed in 2007, Bridgewater boasts more than 280 contemporary one, two and three-bedroom units. The loft-like interiors feature crisp, open floor plans, oversized windows and hardwood floors.

Inside Bridgewater you’ll find clean, bright interiors punctuated by thick concrete pillars and uninterrupted floor-to-ceiling windows. Though Bridgewater isn’t a true loft conversion, glossy hardwood floors, open kitchens and 10-foot ceilings create a contemporary loft-like atmosphere.

Bridgewater features a combination of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units. Some 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom plus den units are also available. Units are wider than average with diverse layouts, private balconies, 10 foot ceilings and plenty of natural light.
The U-shaped design of Bridgewater Lofts wraps around a small historical building on 11th Avenue South. The building, which has been converted into residential and commercial space, housed a brothel on the 11th Avenue red-light district in the early 20th century. Today, it’s the only surviving bordello structure in Minneapolis.

Domestic pets are allowed on a case by case basis. The Association determines which pets are allowed at Bridgewater Lofts.
There are 22 commercial tenant spaces located in the building’s courtyard. Guests are only allowed to use these spaces during afterhours.
Move In / Out
Moving is allowed on weekdays, but must be scheduled with building management. A $100 moving fee is also required in advance.
