Constructed in the late 19th century, Rappahannock Flats is among some of the oldest residential dwellings in Minneapolis. As you would expect, this small 41-unit brownstone is brimming with authentic character, but units are hard to come by; only two have been placed on the market in the past five years.

Layouts vary quite a bit at Rappahannock, but all are single bedroom. As far as style, many historic details have been left intact, which means you can expect plenty of natural woodwork and built-ins, exposed brick walls and higher than average ceilings.

Community amenities at Rappahannock Flats include a shared rooftop deck and a lower-level party room that features its own hot tub, bar and guest bathrooms.
