In a previous life, 801 Washington was home to a number of industrial and commercial tenants. In the early 2000s, it was converted into a 61-unit loft building -— one of the first of its kind in the area.

As a true loft conversion, 801 Washington houses some of the most unique live-work spaces in the neighborhood. Open interiors, rich woodwork and vaulted ceilings are just a few of the many charming details.

801 Washington also functions as a private art gallery. The works of local and national artists are displayed throughout the year in the lobby’s three-story atrium. Residents are welcome to attend exclusive art openings several times a year.
