The Falls

A distinct visual landmark, The Falls dramatically overlooks the Mississippi River and was originally a part of Riverplace, a buoyant, large-scale redevelopment of the East Bank. The abstractly terraced Falls houses 87 condos and 6 townhouses. Many feature distinctive diagonal floor plans. The complex consists of two buildings, 'The Falls' and 'The Pinnacle', which were converted to condominiums in 2005.
