Just a few steps short of Gold Medal Park you’ll find Bridgewater Lofts, one of the largest condominium projects in the Mill District neighborhood.

HISTORICAL TIDBIT

The U-shaped design of Bridgewater Lofts wraps around a small historical building on 11th Avenue South. The building, which has been converted into residential and commercial space, housed a brothel on the 11th Avenue red-light district in the early 20th century. Today, it’s the only surviving bordello structure in Minneapolis.
