River Towers

Largest downtown residential highrise

Originally built in 1964, River Towers remains Minneapolis’ first and largest downtown residential highrise. The complex, which lives on the corner of 1st & Marquette, consists of two buildings and more than 500 condos. Inside you’ll find a collection of studios, one, two and three-bedroom condos. Layouts are traditional, favoring crisp lines, large windows and average ceiling heights. Spectacular skyline views can be seen from the south side of the building. Beyond sheer size, amenities are what sets River Towers apart. The complex, which occupies more than five acres in the historic Gateway Park, offers a unique collection of amenities including a landscaped courtyard, a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a fitness center.
