When the 27-story Grant Park opened its doors in 2004, it made an unmistakable mark on both the Minneapolis skyline and the urban renewal of Elliot Park. Designed to echo the historic architecture of surrounding blocks, Grant Park features a collection of 284 high-rise condos and two-story city homes that wrap around the building’s 6-level parking garage. Interiors are bright and contemporary with high-end upgrades. Some of onsite perks include a year round swimming pool and hot tub, a spacious fitness center, private courtyard and an attached parking garage. For those who prefer bicycles to cars, Grant Park also offers multiple entryways and plenty of bike storage. In 2004, Grant Park Condos became the first residential high-rise to be built near downtown Minneapolis in nearly 20 years. As planned, the condominium continues to serve as a catalyst for urban renewal in Elliot Park. Grant Park is one of the most dog-friendly condos in downtown Minneapolis.
