Quietly located just steps from the Mississippi riverfront is Itasca Lofts, a six-story converted warehouse that features some of the most unique loft spaces in the North Loop.

As a turn-of-the-century warehouse, Itasca Lofts retains many of its original architectural elements. Inside you’ll find 71 classic brick and timber lofts with expansive ceilings, warm yellow brick walls and plenty of vintage character.

Nestled beneath Itasca Lofts are a number of lively commercial tenants, including 708 Deli, Sticks Restaurant and the award-winning Acme Comedy Club.

THE FIRST OF ITS KIND

Converted in the early 1980s, Itasca Lofts was the first industrial building in the North Loop to be repurposed as a residential space.

ACME COMEDY CLUB

Acme Comedy Club is a commercial tenant in the Itasca building. For more than 20 years, this intimate 275-seat club has served as a stomping ground for local up-and-comers and touring stars.
